Ideas For Your Fall Cut And Style
As soon as the fall air creeps in, it always has us ready and excited to switch up our clothes, hair and makeup. It’s probably one of the most fun season transitions as summer comes to a close and we’re in different zone as far as what we’re wearing. Typically, hair colors get darker (and makeup) and we’re all ready to head to our hairstylist for a new look to try for the season. Just like there are always so many different fashion trends available, there are a ton of different haircuts and color trends that begin sweeping across the locks of women everywhere. But if you’re like many women, you may be at a little bit of a loss as to which direction to go with your hair. So we’re sharing some ideas for your fall cut and style to give you a little inspiration.
This fall season we’re all about the long hair with layers that are starting at about the chin area. It’s a great way to add texture and definition to the hair so you’re still able to work with it to create a lot of different hairstyles but still have great hair when worn down. Of course, we still love the long layered look with beachy-like waves mixed in to create that effortless look that’s always chic.
The Longer Pixie
Short hair has kind of become a thing recently, with so many celebs chopping their hair into bobs and pixies it’s no surprise to see the shorter hair staying for this season. One of the fun, short haircuts we’re loving for this fall is the longer pixie, also known as the “overgrown” pixie. Basically, it’s when your pixie cut is a bit longer, giving almost that shaggy/undone look. Perfect for fall to give you a little more texture to play around with for the fall season.
Another shorter hairstyle that we’re all about for this fall season is the bob. Bob hairstyles are great because they don’t require a ton of maintenance, but they give that chic updated vibe. The great thing about a bob hairstyle is you can achieve the look at different lengths, this fall season it seems to be all about the bobs that are chin length or collarbone length – so even if you have medium length hair you can rock this look easily. Additionally, you can work with a bob hairstyle pretty easily because the hair is typically all one length, giving you a lot of versatility for styling purposes.
